1 Refund Period

A refund may be requested only within the period that applies to your plan:

2 Usage Criteria

To be eligible for a refund:

• At least 1 Job Post must have been created.
• The Job Post must have remained Active for at least 3 days.
• Candidate Unlock / Database Usage must be 100 or less.
• Calls / Contacts / Responses usage must be 100 or less.

3 Refund Will Not Be Provided If

• The refund request is submitted after the applicable refund period.
• Database Usage exceeds 100.
• Calls / Contacts / Responses usage exceeds 100.
• The account has been suspended or blacklisted.
• A fake, misleading, or prohibited Job Post has been posted.
• An unauthorized fee has been charged to candidates.
• The customer has engaged in fraud or violated JOBJOD policies.
• Payment has been made through an unauthorized Personal UPI ID or Cash to any individual.

5 Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, it will generally be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

The actual time taken for the amount to reflect may vary depending on the payment gateway, bank, or payment service provider.

6 Important

Refund eligibility will be subject to verification of the JOBJOD account, payment, plan usage, and policy compliance.

Meeting the refund eligibility criteria does not automatically guarantee a refund. The final decision will be made by JOBJOD after verification, subject to applicable law.
